The Customer Service Representative is the front-line face of our dry-cleaning and our formal wear rental operations.  This role is responsible for greeting customers, receiving, barcoding, and detailing garments, ensuring accurate order entry with every order. CSRs also assist customers with tuxedo rentals, from measurements, to ensuring perfect fit, to pick-ups and returns, while promoting and maintaining an exceptional customer experience from drop off to pick up. 

We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to assist customers during the drop off and pick up process.  
Other Responsibilities and Duties
  • Answer multi-phone and monitor and monitor our customer engage program by responding to our customer's text messages, both in a timely manner, and with accurate information
  • Handle payments and issue receipts
  • Accurately process incoming and out-going garments with attention to detail
  • Promote a positive customer experience with every visit by maintaining a clean, and welcoming environment
  • Keep the front counter clean and organized
  • Answer questions and resolve any issues a customer may have about a garment or order.

  • Customer Service / Cash handling experience is not required, but it is preferred
